Yoichiro Kakitani out for 4 weeks

Cerezo Osaka today announced that their captain Yoichiro Kakitani will be out with joint ligament injury for 4 weeks.

Kakitani was put on the stretcher after an awful challenge by V-Varen Nagasaki midfielder Yusuke Maeda in the very early part of yesterday’s game.

Ricardo Santos, who replaced Kakitani and scored the opener yesterday, is likely to take his place this weekend.
